Weight gain
I eat a lot but i don't know why im not gaining weight. So please let me some tips or medication so i can gain some at least 5 to 4 kg in month😀😀

Hello yes you really need to gain weight .. but my concern here is ask your parents to take you to a physician first as you said that you eat a lot but still there is no weight gain so I suggest for a proper body checkup and then we can work further on it ..

eating a lot will never lead to weight gain, it is a wrong perception, you should start with balanced diet and fulfilling nutritional deficiency then only you will be able to gain weight.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Don’t drink water before your meals. Try to maintain your meals gap. Take meals in between 2-3 hours . Include some energy dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight like Nuts, Dried fruits, whole milks.
