Weight gain during pregnancy - 16 weeks
Hello, I'm around 16 weeks pregnant now, and my weight gain is almost none - it goes up but comes down. I've been having severe food aversions and vomiting sensations (without vomiting) so the first trimester I wasn't able to eat much fatty food - although I did eat many times during the day. Please advise the correct weight gain trimester or month wise that I should keep an eye on. Before pregnancy weight - 67 kgs Current weight - 68 kgs

That's perfectly normal U hvnt mentioned ur height? Weight gain in first trimester shud approximately be 1 kg Its normal to loose weight initially due to vomitting n food aversions Concentrate on a good protein rich diet Rather than fatty foods
