For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Your diet should be balance Take small frequnet meals avoid outside food or junck food fried food Take proper sleep 7 hours.. Avoid stress Drink more water -3 litters a day
