You avoid milk and milk products if having lactose intolerance is there. Eat high protein, high carbohydrate diet,with lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat at least 2 servings of pulses in any form with other proteins.do regular physical activity and eat some protein food pre and post workout. Sleep well to improve your body functioning and make your self stress free

Have small n frequent meal a day. Have a heavy dinner. Eat in small quantities but frequently if you can't eat at more at one go. Drink milk and it's products. Have Home-cooked normal foods which you like.
