This is Bhavani. I'm very thin (Height -5'7 and Weight -45kgs) as I'm not getting matches because of thin. As my collar bones and muscles are so thin. I don't have any health issues like Thyroid. The only thing I need to gain weight . Please help me out with this situation.

For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase your metabolism.
don't skip your breakfast which increase your appetite.
take High calorie and the rich protein in your diet.
and good fat in your diet .
avoid oily and fried food, fast food .
