Dear sir/madam
I am doing excercise at home on regular basis. After workout I used to drink one teaspoon honey usually with some other food items such as cake sweets etc. Now plz suggest me whether I can take honey on a daily basis or not. What are the other foods I may take after home workout at evening.

Hi,
Post exercise your body requires fluids to replenish and a protein rich snack as muscles are more responsive to protein absorption post workout. You can take a glass of lemon water with honey after exercise but avoid cakes and sweets. Instead you can have boiled or scrambled eggs, sprouts chaat, fruit milkshakes or egg sandwich as these foods are protein rich and good option for post exercise meal.

Diet and exercise both are equally important. After workout you can take lemon water or Buttermilk or any fruit or dry fruits.Don't take honey after workouts if you want to loose weight.
