Hi to lose weight follow a low calorie, healthy diet along with a good exercise routine.Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Eat more fruits and include salads in your meals. Exercise for 45 to 50 mins daily.
Health Tips
avoid deep, fried and fatty foods like chip, namkeens, samosa, Wada, packaged items, chocolates, sweets etc.
