Weakness,tiredness
Hi, I feel weakness if I do any little work, I get tired very fast, unable to do any work for long, I don't like eating food much so I don't take diet properly, 7 months back I had a c- section, I have a baby I breastfeed him. I feel very weak, tired, sleepy and dull always. Kindly suggest any supplements for weakness,tiredness and to get energy,activeness and good health.

Halo, congrats dear , u need to check your haemogram done to check your haemoglobin level etc .. don’t use suppliments for time being.. better switch on to herbal medicines with shatavari or hematinic or post delivery medications Lehas etc..

Mam I would like to suggest u pls don't use any supplements because it is not safe and natural If u feel weakness giddiness u should take proper diet because it is mandatory for all human beings But if you still facing problem u should take homeopathy medicine because it increases your urge and appetite for food And also increase interest in food In homeopathy various medicine can cured such type of problems it remove the tendency of disliking of food

U need to do thyroid profile, CBC and blood sugar fasting from some lab. I hope u r regular with ur calcium supplements. In the meanwhile Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. If you are not having any existing disease like thyroid, diabetes or anything else you may start Homeopathic tonic Alfalfa with Ginseng 1 tbsp twice daily for 1 month. It will help to incraese appetite as well decrease weakness.
