Persistent weakness as periods return after delivery most often points to a nutritional gap that built up during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The most common ones are low iron, low vitamin B12, or low vitamin D, and all three are easy to check and correct.
Next Steps
Please book a postpartum consultation. Your doctor will assess you, order the right tests, and guide the correction. Continue breastfeeding as usual.
Health Tips
If you feel very lightheaded, breathless, or your heart races on light activity, please seek prompt care.
