Some patients experience headache due to spinal anaesthesia. After c section with the use ofpillow, the neck posture is not correct, and you may end up having neck pain or backache, so it is better to sleep on a relatively hard bed without pillow till you are fully ambulatory to avoid headaches or backache due to wrong posture.
