Second period late after delivery
My wife's first period started after 10 months of delivery. But second period is not come yet 42 days completed in between we do unprotected sex but not ejaculate inside we take pregnancy test but all time negative after 42 days of her mc.
I think some water like sperm get inside what are chances of her pregnancy or this is late due to harmonal imbalance she is brest feefeeding mother.
Can we test again after some time Or go to hospital for test please guide I'm very confused
