Weakness in body, perhaps not having proper diet. I sleep alot because of lazy feeling always. I have added general protein powder also in my meals.

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hi The weakness in your body may be due to the poor eating habits and imbalanced diet you consuming... I would recommend you to eat healthy balanced diet  rather than judt including the protein powder in your diet. The healthy balanced diet is a diet which include all the food groups  like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Hello dear 1. You should include juices in your diet 2.drink fruits shakes or smoothies 3.you can have lemon tea, lemon water , green tea , black tea to feel energetic. 4. Try to make a proper routine of taking meal 5. Take dry fruits get body analysis done for better results.

Check your hemoglobin level. Take balance diet and take iron rich diet. Do regular exercise for 30 min weekly 4-5 days atleast.
