I feel weak and heavy headed most of the time and Also not able fix a sleeping pattern , I don't feel sleepy till 3-4 am.

You feel weak it might be lack of sleep. Mostly sleeping late is due to stress or constant use of gadget before sleep like mobile, tv or laptop. If that's the case keep them away before the set sleeping hours. Listen to carm music before sleep. Have some warm milk before going to bed. You need to do mediation and  yoga.spend some time for yourself for your hobbies.Do regular exercise 45min. Try cup of hot milk at bed time.
