Mild headache dry eyes leg cramps
I was walking 10 km for three months, And I had reduced the food, And then I went from 64 kg to 57 kg, Then I felt weak and my sugar was low and pressure was low,Then the local doctor treated me and I got better my weakness went away,For the past two-three months I am resting and eating but I am having some problems like dry eyes, sometimes light headache, If I walk or ride a bicycle, my head feels weak, my body feels weak, if i eat less feel head fatigue, The site above the eye feels mild pain or burning, I saw an eye doctor and the eye doctor told me that he doesn't think there is anything wrong with my eyes, and feels leg cramps,Are these due to vitamin deficiency what should I do?I see many doctors, but nothing is happening, plz tell me what to do???

Hello Yes the way you have described it seems to be due to nutritional deficiencies. Please take a personalized diet plan and you will be fine. Take 4 soaked almonds, one soaked walnut and 8-10 soaked black raisins first thing in the morning with a cup of milk. Have atleast 3 fresh seasonal vegetables and 2 fruits daily. Drink 8-10 glasses of water, coconut water, soups made at home. Go for walk for 30 minutes daily. Practice deep breathing and yoga daily.
Next Steps
Take consultation for personalized diet plan.

Just cutting down on food blindly and exercising hard is not a good idea. You can get check your Hb, vit b12, vit D. In addition to this keep yourself well hydrated. Include seasonal fruits in diet to avoid crams. Ensure  adequate protein and calcium as well.
