Try to include fruits and more vegetables  in the diet. All local fruits available during night Vegetables all should be baked and had atleast with a meal.. more tastier and stomach filling... Meditation keeps you moving Early morning at 4am have water which is kept overnight in copper vessel.. shure you will get recharged the whole day
