Hello. Information provided by you is not sufficient. Eat variety when it comes to food, especially fruits and vegetables. Try to have 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Have almond and walnut. Have a control on oily and sweet food. Ensure having a least 10 glasses of water everyday. Make it a point that you should not get constipated. Have enough of protein like dal, while pulses, low fat milk , curd, paneer. Consult me personally to design a diet which will include above mentioned food and to avoid any deficiency. Regards
