I have been diagnosed with recurrent folliculitis. After the medication it has gone. But the scars of these remained and also 3 unhealed pops from long time,almost a year. And i still get body acne and pops. Please tell me how can i keep my skin health good? What are the foods that immune skin health? What are the vitamins and minerals i need to intake? How do i stop these body acne even though i have good hygiene. And also i have spot near shoulder that looks aged and wrinkled.so what's the nutrition i need to follow. Thanks and regards.

Hi For skin health foods rich in zinc, selenium, iron, copper, vitamin A, E ,C , D are very important.. Plenty of water, exposure to sun, seasonal fruits and vegetables, high fiber foods, dark green leafy vegetables, almonds, citrus family fruits, papaya, carrots, egg , milk and milk products, Brazil nuts, pecans nuts, avocados, healthy fats, complex carbs like whole grain cereals, whole pulses, bran etc.. usage of ayurvedic neem, tulasi, multani mitti, turmeric, vetiver, Chandan, coconut based soap is recommended.. apply til oil ( pure , raw, unrefined wood pressed or cold pressed til oil) once a week , (for about 6 months to one year ) and leave half an hour to 45 mins on skin and then do bath normally as you do..without any chemical soaps..
