Weak shoulders
Why I'm having my shoulders pulling forward. My chest is also not big( I think I don't have a chest) My back was always exposing bones clearly out of skin. My biceps size is equal to some people's wrist size. How can I get perfect body with muscles? What stopping me to grow my muscles? Hardly I can do 10 pushups. Please give me a suggestion. Thank you.

Hope you don't  have any other medical issues or pain,  you can build your muscle mass by proper exercises and diet,  give at least 6 months and do graded exercises, consult a good dietitian also.  You Posture and breating exercises.
