Hello doctor, my son is very weak. He is 24 months and weight is 10kg. Please suggest nutritional food to gain weight and to have strong bones.

Give him plenty of vegetables,raw, cooked,or use the vegetable cooked water. Even seasonal fruits any  can be made a habbit everyday. Dry fruits as dates,raisins,walnuts,almonds are adviced everyday. Ghee two tsf,everyday is compulsory. Avoid bakeryfoods,fastfoods,preserved foods,spicy oily foods Give water,milk,milkproducts everyday. Engage him in playing,.....for few hrs of the day. Teach him good manners helpful for his future.

Hi, Sure, but before recommend anything many vital details need to know, like food habits, daily routine etc. Children are getting bore very easily, so if you offer same kind food, it will be monotonous for him. Try to prepare meals in such a way that it looks colourful but at the same time nutritious. Don't repeat menu more than twice in week and it shouldn't be consecutive days. As you have mentioned he doesn't have allergy so he can have all kind of food, ex: veg stuff omelette, high protein milk, pis - pas etc.
