Weak concentration
I am 24 year old male and having problems as i cannot concentrate on any thing specially while studying and have very weak will power to do any thing for a long time.i have some other problems too like eye floaters and muscle cramps.i used to masturabate alot few years back,Is this the main reason for all this.
What should i do?

I am able to understand ur difficulties. Masturbation within limits(like once in 1-2 days) is normal. It doesn't cause long term problems. But worrying about it, leading to depression and anxiety needs to be treated. Depression reduces the concentration, motivation, confidence in a person and decreases his efficiency.
