Whatever information you have given it might be wise versa. Due to depressed mood you are facing concentration and attention problem
Next Steps
Take 6-7 hrs sleep daily, go for at-least half an hrs brisk walk and meet people Do some physical exercise daily....movement improves concentration and attention. It does mood elevation too.
