Weak bones
My bones are getting weak everyday, my shoulders have also changed. All the blood test are normal, Calcium is 9.9. my teeths are also getting slight cracks. I take vitamin d weekly. I suffer from constipation for long period.

What do you mean by weak bone? And shoulders have changed meaning? Constipation and weakness of muscle and lethargy can be a sign of thyroid disorder have you got it done.

Eat fibre rich foods like fruits , veggies for constipation,drink 3-4 litres of water per day Weak bones - check BONE MINERAL DENSITY, THYROID LEVELS.
