Water fast..
Going for a water fast of 14 day. What precautions i should take? I am 29 M, weight 86kg, height 5ft 9in, it is urgent as i have a audition for a TV show..i don't have time/resources for complex diet plans as i live alone without any kitchen facility - far away from home.
