Got bitten by a wasp in the feet in my room itself. Slight swelling observed . Have applied baking soda , turmeric honey, ! Any medicines or injections ?

If itching, take tab levocetirizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 3 days. If pain, take tab ibuprofen 400mg one every 8 hours after food for 2 days. Apply cold pack, 2 to 3 times daily for 2 to 3 days.

If the swelling is mild , continue with the same remedies.If itching is present take levocetrizine 5 mg once daily,apply hydrocortisone cream

The Management of the wasp bite depends on the symptoms and signs you are having. It can vary from no symptoms at all to dangerous allergic reaction. If it is just a sting mark and mild pain Wash the area Apply cold compress Take Over the counter painkillers for pain If any particle of wasp is visible at sting mark try to remove it gently ( if not possible seek medical help) Seek immediate medical attention if: Breathing difficulty Swelling of face, lip, tongue or throat Big hives around the sting mark Loss of consciousness or dizziness Nausea vomiting or diarrhoea
