These are small almost on the surface but few are elevated on my  skin. I had them since age 12 they are stable yet but I want to know if any homeopathic constitutional medicine control the progression

Based on the image and description — small, some flat and some slightly elevated lesions present since age 12 and stable — these appear to be benign skin lesions, most likely flat warts (verruca plana) or a condition called dermatosis papulosa nigra. The fact that they've been present for years without change or symptoms is very reassuring and indicates nothing sinister. A dermatologist can confirm the exact type with a clinical examination.
Next Steps
See a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis. If the lesions are confirmed benign and you wish to have them removed for cosmetic reasons, options like electrocautery, cryotherapy, or laser treatment are available. Regarding homeopathic treatment — a qualified homeopathic physician can advise on constitutional medicines, though evidence for wart regression with homeopathy is limited. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
