HI Doctor. I have skin tag at my anal entrance area.. unpainful.. it is not increasing its size from last 10 yrs.

It sounds like a sentinel tag ,if not painful and not increasing in its size ,you can leave it.Treatment is surgical and it is unlikely to respond to any medicine or cream.

It is a skin tag, maybe you had a fissure in ano a few years earlier which has healed now.
The tag will have to be removed surgically. I wonder if it will be worthwhile getting it removed surgically because you have no symptoms at present.
