Skin tag or lump near anus
I am observing a skin tag/lump near anus since last few days. It does NOT hurt or burn even while defecating. Two days back I could feel that it got punctured because of water sprinkler's pressure leaking two three drops of blood. For now it is a pea sized lump, with small blood clot in center (because of puncture). It does not feel anything until touched. Lifestyle: Most of my day goes sitting in office with sedentary walking. I have travelled a lot sitting in the 2 last weeks. Note: I am a nephrectomy patient. Left kidney removed in childhood. No strong medicines allowed.

Looks like a sentinel tag which happens due to fissure or sometimes due to piles. Visit the surgeon and get examined. Don't neglect.
