Sitz bath is useful . Don't ignore piles ,U should go for examination . 1)Eat Fresh butter with sugar before meal for 3days. 2) avoid oily spicy food strictly. 3) just eat khichadi or rice .& buttermilk regularly 3-4 times.

Hello there...., Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.... Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.
