Lifestyle: active, have started exercising 1 hour every day since past one year
Due to obesity i believe, I have developed these skin tags on my neck and the darkness. What can I do get rid of them and reach healthy bmi?
Diet: I ensure I eat healthy and no processed foods. Feeling lost since weight is also not decreasing any further. And it's difficult to work out for more than 1 hour because of work.
