Wanted to reduce wt
I want to reduce my weight from 82 kgs to 65 kgs .I am 45 yrs. More weight in my thighs butt and stomach can't exercise vigourously.PL suggest and let me know how long will it take to attain this desired wt loss.

Hello, Increase in weight can be because of many reason: 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies 8. Bad eating habits 9. Sedentary Lifestyle and physically inact ive It depends on person to person. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
