As now a days i went throug a lot of hair fall and physical illness and feels lowone of my friend advice me to take biotin is it good for my health or it will provide a bad impact

Biotin is a water soluble B complex vitamin Related with skin hair and nails health You can go for 1 tablet of biotin daily before 6 pm,  it might help to bring positive results if combined with healthy diet,  light workout and least stress

Hello, Hair fall is  just  one symptom. There are many reasons of hair to be fall. It could be lack of nutrients, pollution, lack of sleep, obesity,  underweight, too much stress and tension, harsh  chemicals from hair products that are used etc. Unless and until the is not treated from root, hair fall will not stop completely. To find out the cause and to treat it , we need to know  below information Weight Height Age Medical history if present All recent reports of medical issue Diet habits Daily  detailed  eating pattern Details about exercise Sleeping pattern Taking only biotin will not help much as there are other nutrients which play important role in hair health.
