Hi Thanks for your query. First thing we get few many cases like you are. No worries but these are because long days malpractice of fried foods, sedentary lifestyle. There are habits of heavy rice or max carbohydrate than required & after eating long sleeping with very less working activities. Now only way to get good shape is low fat diet & rigorous exercises & moderate lifestyles with low calorie foods.I would tell u to consult an experience Dietitian physical to get best suitable advice. U can share your mail ID for Diet plans & few poses,yogas which are helpful for u surely.
you need to reduce atleast 5 KGS and extra fat that is on tummy. share your email
