I weigh around 83 Kgs and my height is 5.9.
I want to lose around 15 Kgs. The problem is as I start working out on the treadmill, after 4-5 days I get shin and ankle pain and then I stop. I like cycling but I've been told it reduces Sperm fertility. I also feel I have low stamina and I run out of breath. please help.

You need to eat sensibly on regular intervals at least 6 meals in a day including fruits nuts and other oilfree snacks along with protein rich low carbohydrate food groups like whole wheat jowar Nachani barley along with high protein like eggs fish chicken tofu whole pulses like moong chana rajma chole chowli etc with proper combination.
