Want to lose weight
I am 18 now and currently a student who will soon start her Undergraduation(1st year, college) . I am neither too fat nor too slim and have a medium body curvature. but i want to get slimmer.Previously i was pretty slim as I used to take dance lessons. But, as I went upto class 10, I had to quit dancing due to excessive study pressure. Classes 10-12 ,I was still quite slim due to study related hard work and all. But,after my 12 boards got over, sitting back at home leisurely without any work made me a bit obese. I tend to do exercises .but i feel exercises are not enough to get slimmer. so i want a proper balanced diet chart .can u kindly help me out with onw? (ps: i have no other diseases or problems).

You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Regarding diet - have small multiple meals instead of 3 big meals, eat food rich in proteins and fibres like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses, avoid carbohydrate rich foods like rice curds oily foods sweets ghee and other junk food. Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful
