Want to lose 8 kgs . Ht 5ft 7inches. Already on a low carb and high protein diet . Exercise regularly for 5 times a week. Struggling to lose wt since 1 yr. Drink 3 litres of water a day. Please advise

U need to reduce 15 KGS u can lose belly fat also many of my patients have got inch loss also that too without medications and supplements no dash or crash diet only healthy diet and exercise will help u. U can easily lose4-5 KGS in month that too fat.

Hi, to lose belly weight follow these steps: exercise: do regular exercise for atleast 1 hour. Do exercises for abdominal muscles so it become stiff and avoid belly fats ask your gym trainer to train about abdominal muscles. Diet: take low calorie diet avoid high colorie diet like bakery food, junkfoods, nonveg. Take green leafy vegetable diet.
