Hi...., First thing you need to do is avoid eating outside and junk foods.... Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, puffs, burgers, cookies and doughnuts... Eat green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans.
