Hello,
You can take sprouts early in the morning, also consume whole cereals,dals,green veg,salads,fruits,milk,curd, paneer, water upto 3 to 4 ltrs in a day. don't use,fried foods, processed foods,chilled .take water 1/2 an hr before meal,small frequent meal should be taken.
Go for exercise,brisk walk daily and be positive.
