Want to know about some medications ..
My gym trainer suggested me some medications like Omega 3 (300mg) capsules, Multivitamin & Multimineral capsule, Calcirich k27 and Vitamin e 400 mg and told me to take a pill each everyday before bed. Is it safe for me ?

Hi, Don't start any med/ supplements without the prior advise of Doctor. Get your basic blood tests done & coorelate clinically with the doctor & proceed as per his advise. Thanks
