Include vitamin D sources through foods like eggs, oily fish, dairy products. For lowering cholesterol avoid too much refined carbs from white bread, pasta, rice, sugary desserts and bakery items. Have fresh food and maintain weight. To know in detail contact me through Practo. Thanks

For vitamin D - take Uprise D3 60 K tablet ones a week post dinner. Also expose yourself to sun everyday for about 15 minutes. For cholesterol, you don't need any medication. Most of the cases, when Vitamin D is low, cholesterol increases. And work on healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and workout on a daily basis.
