I would like to know your current weight so that i can properly suggest right type of food for you.
Till then i am sharing some basic weight gain tips such as :
Consume more of protien and cereal combination like rice and daal, khichdi etc.
Try eating chicken , fish or egg whites if non vegetarian.
Eat lots and lots of water.
Trying eating 6-7 times a day.
Short meals at regular intervals.
