Hello I am 17 years old . I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency but after taking 60 k iu for 70 days , my value is 114 nmol/l which is 46 pg/l ...I was having anxiety now my anxiety is cured 50% , I wanted to ask that can I take calcimax K2 with A TO Z gold with vit d 1k iu everyday as I don't go out  and it is winter ...please help me

46 ng/dl of vitamin d is alright . Continuing with 1000 iu daily and calcium supplement daily will help with the absorption of vitamin d.exposure to sunlight for20-30 minutes a day is suggested. Codliver oil ,dairy products and eggs are rich source of vitamin d
