Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Just for a bit of clarification, Psychiatrists deal with mental issues having a biological base. Psychologists on the other hand deal with all other issues that could be causing you mental problems.
It appears , your problem lies in the domain of Psychologists. So consult a Psychologist and discuss your problem. If needed , you will be referred to a psychiatrist.
I have observed that the reverse is normally not true. Some psychiatrist are a bit reluctant to refer clients to Psychologist, even when needed. So it is better to see a Psychologist first.

I would recommend meeting with a psychologist. If you need a psychiatric consultation after, the psychologist will be able to guide you in the right direction.
