Wanna loose weight..
I eat normal 3 times a day...my weight grows very fast..tried deiting many times..but could not continue it..suggest me how to loose weight

Hello there. I can understand your situation. But what's your weight and what's your height? Based on your weight and height calculate your BMI and then decide wether you really need to lose weight. If its upto 25, it's normal.. Don't worry. Or else consult a dietician and start cardio workout for further help. Regards
