Vomiting n fever

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My baby is 2 years old. He having vomiting and fever from October 1. From 4/10/17 3 days admitted. Taken nebalization . Have oral medicine. But not taken because vomiting. Previous 3 days normal. But from yesterday evening vomiting starts. He has wheezing, cough, vomiting. Is it the symptoms of pneumonia?
