Symptoms suggest GI infection. If the vomiting hasn't stopped the patient nust be hospitalized. If the vomiting has stopped increase fluid intake. The fever indicates the infection is persisting. Homoeopathic medicines can helps in such cases.

Hello! She looks to have mild food poisoning or, in medical terms, known as gastroenteritis. Give her a lot of fluids- homemade fresh fruit juices, water, tender coconut water are some good options of balancing water and salts (which are usually lost in vomiting and diarrhea). I would recommend Homoeopathy medicines as well, along with the support of home remedies.
Next Steps
Please contact me on private chat... I can help you with the required medicines. On the other hand, if you don't want to consult, please do procure the following medicines- 1. Ipecac 30 {4-4-4} for 3 days 2. Ars Alb 30 {4-0-4} for 3 days This is a part of my duty and my service to mankind. Hope she feels better soon!!
