My father is feeling a kind of voice change in every evening from last 3 days. Sometimes, a mild pain is also seen. His body is also decreasing slowly. But it is a matter of satisfaction that the pain is removed in morning period. My father is recently gargling with salt and hot tea. But no bleeding and burning are seen.. So my honourable doctor.. please provide some primary treatment.. through replying my message..

Sir He may be having inflammation in the larynx due yo flu, allergy or lpr or laryngitis. Get a consultation to properly diagnose and treat it. Meanwhile u can give him tablet lorfast am bed time
