I am suffering from vitamin b and d deficiency..how I fastly overcome above dificiences...I have suffering body muscle loss and tingling through out the body..plz tell the exact medicine what I want to take..

Hi dear
Yes u need to take supplements for both .
For vitamin D u can take tab shelcal d3 for two months once a day preferably with milk.
For vitamin b12 u can either take injection or oral tablets.
So let me know what u are comfortable with although if symptoms are more then injectible form will give faster results.
