Vitamine D and B 12 deficiency
What will happen if vitamin d and b 12 is less pls explain the things,b coz I have headache issue,cold and cough repeting contionusely,hair folling,weight gaining,neck pain,black lips,pigmentation,morning heavy leg pain for 5 min during weak up,tiredness during step get up and down.

Vit B12 and Vit D are one of the main factors of your immunity .Low Vit D will make you easily fatigued, joint pains , lethargy . Major Symptoms of Vit B12 deficiency is weakness and tiredness .
