Vitamin deficiency - tingling, soreness
Was experiencing tingling in feet and hands the last one week. Sometimes feel a hot or cold sensation at different parts of the body. After working out even slightly intensively my muscles of the legs and arms become sore but the soreness goes in a day or two. My neck has been sore intermittently for a few weeks. Mood has been low for last few weeks and have been having more anxiety. Checked my b12 and vitamin d levels and both are below normal - b12 is 129 and d is 6.5. just wanted to confirm if whether these problems are resulting from vitamin deficiencies.
