Hi From your test results I feel you do not eat that well. Normally vit B the best sources are grains, lentils, vegetables and fruits and normally B complex vitamins are not stored in the body. Please eat two to three serving of fruits and vegetables everyday. Drink two to three glasses of low fat milk, eat greens and have 8 to 10 badam or 3 to 4 walnuts everyday. Eat fish, eggs, chicken three times a week if you are a non vegetarian. Suggest you stand in the early morning sun ( 5.30 to 6am), for ten mins It will help in synthesis of vitamin D in the body. For more specific suggestions I recommend you consult me through Practo.

Supplements: Vitamin D3 supplements are recommended for individuals who are deficient or have limited sun exposure. Iron: Causes of deficiency: Poor diet, blood loss (due to menstruation, injury, or surgery), and malabsorption. Food sources: Red meat, poultry, fish, beans, lentils, spinach, and fortified cereals. Health Tips
It's important to note that before taking any supplements, it's recommended to speak with a healthcare provider to determine if they are necessary and safe for you to take. Additionally, it's often recommended to obtain nutrients from a well-rounded diet rather than relying solely on supplements.

Include mushrooms in the diet at-least 2 -3times a week in the form of salad or curry. For calcium - include lotus seeds in the diet at-least one bowl in the evening and also include sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and cucumber seeds in the diet. Almond milk is also a good choice. For iron - Have wheatgrass juice in the morning . Don’t consume tea with green vegetables rich food. Moringa powder can be consumed in the form of roti. Include spinach soup as a evening snack.
